Project Highlights

The Wearne Aged Care redevelopment required a balance between modern façade protection and the preservation of the building's heritage character.

Working closely with the builder and Dulux technical representatives, Unique Wall Finishes successfully delivered a complete façade solution that combined long-term weather protection with premium decorative finishes. Particular attention was given to the restoration of the heritage lime plaster mouldings, with damaged sections carefully reproduced on site to retain the original architectural detailing.

The completed project showcases the versatility of the Dulux Acratex system while preserving the historic character of one of Cottesloe's landmark buildings.
